Theocracy is an international, PVE oriented, semi-HC (or wannabe HC), raiding guild, focusing on 25 man raids. It has been there for years now, in different from, in different realms, in different sides. Some core members are still there, others joined later, but the motivation was always the same: Experience, fight through the PVE content, and have a lot of fun doing it so.

Present Edit

Theocracy resides now on Magtheridon server. We are currently working through Heroic Trial of the Crusader 10 and 25 whilst clearing the last Hard Modes in Ulduar 10 and 25.

We have a very strong community, as many members transfered from server to server with us and have made Theocracy what it is today, a successful raiding guild.

The PastEdit

I, The Vek'nilash era

Theocracy cleared most of the original pre-TBC content this includes Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Ahn'Qiraj and most of Naxxramas as well. When The Burning Crusade was released, the guild decided they did not want to be on the care bear Alliance side anymore, so we rerolled to horde on Karazhan.

II, The Karazhan era.

Theocracy reformed on Karazhan as Horde, shortly after The Bruning Crusade was released.

The guild progressed well through Serpentshrine Cavern upto Lady Vashj and Tempest Keep upto Kael'thas Sunstrider, but during the summer of 2008 the activity dropped of due to people on exams, holidays, etc. Shortly after guild decided to split and go there separate ways, 1 half went to PVP the other to PVE. Thats when Theocracy decided to change server to find fresh new talents on Bloodscalp.

III, The Bloodscalp era

In the summer of 2008 Theocracy have been reformed again, in the realm called Bloodscalp. A few weeks later the officers of Obsessed Souls and Theocracy decided to merge the two guilds, under the name of Theocracy. The new guild progressed very fast, from the beginning of Tempest Keep to Archimonde in Mount Hyjal within a few weeks.

On 13th November 2008 the new expansion has been released, the Burning Crusade era was finished, and almost everyone joined the race to reach level 80. Our aim was to start the high end content as soon as possible, and indeed, we started the first raid in Naxxramas (normal) one and half week later. Several members rerolled to Death Knight, some stopped playing, a lot of new players joined to the guild since the release of the Wrath of the Lich King, and we still looking for more - talented, dedicated -, players to join us, and to raid together.

Theocracy experienced quite a big fluctuation at the beginning of Wrath of the Lich King. We replaced quite a few people and slowly moved along to become a hardcore raiding guild.

Some of our members leveled pretty quickly, so we cleared normal Naxxramas and Obsidian Sanctum very fast. After getting enough people to start Heroic raids, we quickly cleared Obsidian Sanctum, and started Naxxramas as well. Progressing in Naxxramas prevented us to focus on Malygos or the Twilight Drakes, especially because for a short period we were not able to go through Thaddius due to massive lag on our realm.

After the lag eased off, we cleared the rest of Naxxramas, exactly the same evening when we first downed Thaddius. On the very next day we made an attepmt on normal The Eye of Eternity, and killed Malygos successfully at our first night.

We spent the next 2 weeks gearing up people, since we had to make some changes on the guild structure. On 2008.01.23 we cleared Heroic The Eye of Eternity, then started to focus on Obsidian Sanctum. Our hard work payed off on 2008.02.02, when we achieved both Twilight Assist and Twilight Duo achievement in Heroic Obsidian Sanctum.

After we had completed Heroic: The Twilight Zone achievement, we then focused on other heroic Naxxramas achievements; We geared up all of our raiders, and punched our way through Ulduar.

At the peak, Slyx (Then Changed back to his Warrior "Slyvampy") took some time away due to the birth of his child, Snizzle became the tempory leader placed in charge. Snizzle lead Theocracy to 9/14 in Ulduar in Slyvampy's absence, however he himself fell victim of a serious computer crash which took him away from the game for a long period of time. It was at this point Theocracy decided to stop raiding, of which alot of members decided to join "Fractured" - the most sucessful guild on Bloodscalp.

Upon "Slyvampy's" return, it was decided that Theocracy still had a future, but with the lack of a player base it was decided to server transfer once again, this time to Magtheridon - where the real challenges are.
