Peace Through Violence is a raiding / event guild focused on small group raiding and event planning, placing a heavy emphasis on current and future 5- and 10- man content. Our goal is to provide our members with consistent and reliable opportunities to experience current quest, instance and 10 man content and to continue with this purpose into the exciting new content provided by Wrath of the Lich King.
We are a "hardcore" 10 man raiding guild, in that we seek to provide fun and enjoyment for our members, but also expect quality and dedication as well. Our immediate goal is to field two fully functional 10 man raiding groups, conquering at least 2 Karazhan and 2 Zul'aman raids per week. We seek to provide off-night Heroic runs, as many as our membership can muster so that when the storm of undead is once more unleashed upon the world, we will be prepared to take the fight back to their master. Guild progress Edit
This guild was originaly formed by Ravth, Ellesar and a group of like-minded players. Preferring the focus on individual excellence and the small-raid atmosphere of 10-man raids in TBC. We determined we would build a strong, pioneering raiding guild that could skillfully raid in Wrath of the Lich King. After growing to a considerable size we started attempting Karazhan and quickly progressed. We now stand ready to tackle any 10-man content in the new expansion.
Weekly raid schedule Edit
- Tuesday, 7:00 PM Server - Karazhan
- Thursday, 7:00 PM Server - Karazhan
- Saturday, 5:00 PM Server - Karazhan
Guild rules Edit
We are a "hardcore" 10 man raiding guild, in that we seek to provide fun and enjoyment for our members, but also expect quality and dedication as well. Our immediate goal is to field two fully functional 10 man raiding groups, conquering at least two Karazhan and two Zul'aman raids per week. We seek to provide off-night Heroic runs, as many as our membership can muster so that when the storm of undead is once more unleashed upon the world, we will be prepared to take the fight back to their master.
As such, our primary goal is developing a number of consistent groups who learn to work together in 10 man raids, instances, on quests and in Arena matches. Our experience has been that the most rewarding and enjoyable groups are those that routinely play together. Instances are easier with less downtime and drama. Arena groups are more successful. Raids progress further and upgrades are easier to attain.
Our plan is simple: cultivate a discrete core guild roster of players who play regularly. Establish a solid calendar of events ranging from 10-man raiding to Heroic instances and coordinated quest completion and faction-building. Our focus is on honing how we play together. We will display our quality as a guild by the excellence we cultivate in our ranks. If you are on our site now, then we know we've been successful.
Include a list of people in charge of the guild that others should get in touch with if interested in contacting the guild for any reason. Optionally, you can include their title and a short summary of their responsibilities.
