Owatanka
Owatanka , Bluebolt , is a level 24 named blue Thunder Lizard most often seen just south of Camp Taurajo in the Barrens[43.7, 62.5]. Owatanka's tailspike is of interest to Jorn Skyseer in Camp Taurajo.
On a side note, there are other creatures in the southern Barrens which also start similar quests: a Wind Serpent named 
Washte Pawne, the Silithid Harvester and a Kodo named Lakota'mani.

- Chained Bolt (Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing 28 to 32 Nature damage to each.)
