Gloves of Rapid Evolution are cloth gloves useful in long boss fights because of their high Spirit.

The gloves are dropped by Razorgore the Untamed in Blackwing Lair at an approximative 18% rate.
Notes
They are of most use to a Druid with 3 pieces of Stormrage Raiment or a priest with 
[Meditation] and/or 3 pieces of Vestments of Transcendence since the player will then regenerate more mana (3 mana per 5 sec. with 15% bonus and 6 mana per 5 sec. with 30% bonus) while non-idle (Casting has occurred within the last 5 seconds).
