Depending on what barrel the owner fills their stein at, this item will have a sample of a different brew. Note that the Alliance/Horde brews may be available in neutral cities as well.

Notes
As this item is classed as a weapon, attempting to use it will equip it. Do not mistake this for "cool, it turned into a random weapon!"
Using it will convert it into a 
[Yellow Brewfest Stein], which can
then be refilled...
Anyone can fill their stein from any of the kegs. Each beer, though, has a minimum level associated with it (though the stein does not). Drinking a beer which would otherwise be beyond your level results in a short "can't hold your drink" debuff instead of the "well filled" buff the drink would normally give.
