Highbank is the Alliance's main base of operations and harbor in the Twilight Highlands. Its Horde counterpart is Dragonmaw Port. Alliance players first arrive after Fargo Flintlocke gives you a ride to the Highlands in his flying machine and crashes at the town. When players wake up from the crash, the town is under attack by the Horde and is recaptured through phasing.

The town is unfinished, with only the walls and the keep complete.
