Fel Lotus does not have any nodes of its own, but has a small chance to be found with any other herb in the Outland, similar to the way  [Swiftthistle] is found with  [Briarthorn], or  [Eternium Ore]

Note:  [Flask of Shadow Fortification] was replaced in patch 2.2 by  [Flask of Pure Death] and  [Flask of Arcane Fortification] was also replaced in patch 2.2 by  [Flask of Blinding Light]

Notes

• Fel Lotus cannot be farmed in the traditional sense, and therefore is in substantial demand.

• The 2.1 patch increased the chance that Fel Lotus will drop from any of the Outland Plants [1].

• The 2.4 patch increased the chance that Fel Lotus will drop from  [Felweed],  [Dreaming Glory],  [Ragveil], and Flame Caps in Outland.
