Inv ingot thorium1010

Elementium Bar is made by Miners with a skill level of 300 who have learned the Smelt Elementium ability. Ten are required to construct [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker], and are the objective of N [60] Thunderaan the Windseeker.

Source

Materials required:
Item pyriumore 1x [Elementium Ore] Inv misc stonetablet 05 10x [Arcanite Bar]
Spell fire flamebolt 1x [Fiery Core] Spell frost fireresistancetotem 3x [Elemental Flux]

Notes

The Smelt Elementium ability is learned from the book [Goblin's Guide to Elementium], which drops from Master Elemental Shaper Krixix in Blackwing Lair. He is guarded by three Wyrmguards (powerful Drakonids) right before you fight Ebonroc and Flamegor. If you have one of the Spell ice lament [Bindings of the Windseeker], Earthcaller Franzahl will inform you on the ore and tell you where to find Krixix.

Patch changes

  • Cataclysm Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Will be renamed to Hardened Elementium Bar.
This is to make room for the new uncommon ore.[1]
  • Wrath-Logo-Small Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): This ability is now taught by Inv misc book 11 [Goblin's Guide to Elementium].
Previously learned by Mind Controlling Krixix, then having the controlling priest use the "Smelt Elementium" ability on his action bar on all miners (or non miners) in the raid who wished to learn it.
