Patch changes

Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now increases damage done by Deep Freeze by 20% (no longer increases Frostbolt damage against Deep Frozen targets).
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Became a prime glyph. Now increases the damage of Frostbolt by 20% while Deep Freeze is active on the target (previously increased the range of Deep Freeze by 10 yards).
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Added.
