Peanut the baby elekk.

The Elekk Training Collar item summons and dismisses Peanut, a baby elekk small pet that follows you around, meaning it is a non-combat pet and will not aid you in battle.

This pet is chosen among three small pets as a reward after completing the Children's Week quests that begin at Orphan Matron Mercy in Shattrath City's Lower City. This quest series is available to players level 60 and above only with the Burning Crusade expansion.

Trivia

Interestingly Baby Elekks have ears, traits that adults lacks, this could hint to a relationship to Elephants.
