Echeyakee is a Template:Hostile level 16 cat only found in the Barrens via summoning him for a Horde quest. His name means "Whitemist" in Taurahe. He will not be found wandering around if not summoned.
To summon Echeyakee, Sergra Darkthorn in the Crossroads offers the 
[Horn of Echeyakee] (as the last chain of the questline that she gives) to those who wish to summon and kill Echeyakee.
