Dragonfin Angelfish can only be fished from the waters and schools of Borean Tundra and Dragonblight. 380 fishing skill is required to cast into a school, and 475 until fish won't get away.
Strategy
One of the best places to fish is Lake Indu'le because it has about four schools and a reasonable drop rate from open water fishing. When cooked, they produce very good food for melee classes, desirable to both DPS and tanks in dungeons and raids.
Reagent
This fish is used to cook strength and agility food, 
[Dragonfin Filet] and 
[Blackened Dragonfin] respectively. Blackened will needs two fish to make one food, while the filet is one for one. Both
