Master Daellis Dawnstrike
Master Daellis Dawnstrike is a level 69 blood elf located with other Sunfury bowmen west of Manaforge Duro in Netherstorm. On Prince Kael'thas' orders, Daellis led the attack against Kirin'Var Village.
Custodian Dieworth wants Daellis dead.
Dieworth mentions that Daellis wore a tabard "with a device I've never seen before"; the tabard is actually the 
[Blood Knight Tabard] available to blood elf paladins who complete their epic mount quest.
