These materials are found randomly on most mobs around the Ogri'La area of Blade's Edge Mountains.
Usage 1
The resulting item can be used like a warlock's 
[Healthstone], instantly restoring 2000 hitpoints to the player. The cooldown is shared with healthstones and some other gems, thus not with (health) potions.
Usage 2
The item can also be used during an event at Shartuul's Transporter to power special abilities of possessed demons. See Shartuul's Transporter (event) for details.
