The Cat Carrier (White Kitten) is sold by Lil Timmy in Stormwind for 60 with only 1 kitten for sale per Timmys spawning, making it a very rare pet, and impossible for Horde players to acquire by direct means.
Notes
A sample "White Kitten" exists as a neutral level 1 beast following Lil Timmy.
Buyable white kittens are all female, as shown by Lil Timmy's quote "I can't believe Dad won't let me keep your sister" (to his other kitten).
Rarity
Due to the rarity of this pet, it fetches a high price at the Auction Houses around Azeroth. Many Horde characters seem to be willing to pay a fair bit of gold for this pet since it is only obtainable to Alliance charaters (unless Neutral Auction Houses are used). Some prices that I've seen are 100 gold at Stormwind and reported prices of 500+ Gold have been reported in Neutral locations.
