Transients are homeless citizens of Westfall who can be found throughout the zone and appear to carry their belongings in bags on sticks, stereotypical of a hobo in American culture. They have a buff that says "What's in the bag?"
Along with the other NPCs at Furlbrow's Pumpkin Farm, the Transients there will say things like "I miss being robbed by the Defias.
