High General Abbendis is a level 59 elite rare mob human found in the Eastern Plaguelands.
Background
High General Abbendis guides the military attacks of the Scarlet Crusade from Tyr's Hand in the Eastern Plaguelands, communicating frequently with Grand Inquisitor Isillien, who guides the priests in the Crusade in their new roles as inquisitors, based in the Western Plaguelands.
