Bobbing Apple is a worm-free food item that can be found during the Hallow's End event. If you spend at least 10 sec. eating you will gain stamina and spirit, equal to 25% of your level.

Bobbing Apple can be found in Apple Bob barrels in inns around Azeroth during the Hallow's End event. You can only hold 1 stack of 5 at any one time, but you can get them from an Apple Bob barrel as many times as you want.
