Enchanted Salve is provided for Quest:Burn Victims at Malfurion's Breach on the Molten Front during the Firelands Invasion.

Use

Wounded Hyjal Defenders are scattered around the Ashen Fields. You can use this item (or bandages or healing spells) to help them recover. You can use this item while mounted.
