Blinding Powder was a reagent created by rogues for the [Blind] ability. It stacks to 20.

Ability

Blinding Powder could be created as a Poisons ability.

Could be learned from Rogue Trainer at level 34 for the cost of 1 26.
Required [Fadeleaf], Consuming 1 Fadeleaf gave 3 Blinding Powder.

Patch changes

Patch 1.12.0 (2006-08-22): Blinding Powder had a good chance to be in Junkboxes, which are pickpocketted off humanoid mobs.
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Blinding Powder is no longer needed to use the Blind ability and is now a junk item.
