Basic Campfire is an ability or sub-skill of the Cooking profession and creates a cooking fire.
Basic Campfire no longer requires either 
[Simple Wood] or 
[Flint and Tinder].
Notes
- The maker of the fire gets a +4 spirit Buff when within a certain range of the fire.
- When a party member makes a fire, all party members get the spirit bonus as well.
- Anyone can use a cooking fire to cook over.
- It is possible to raise your cooking skill when you create a campfire.
Patch changes
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): No longer requires [Simple Wood]. Also, no longer causes fire damage when players stand too close. - Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): No longer requires [Flint and Tinder].
