The Bluegill tribe is a tribe of murlocs, found in and around Bluegill Marsh in the Wetlands,[1] who are bothering the fishers and merchants of Menethil Harbor. They seem to be led by Gobbler.[2]

Recently, they raided the merchant ship Blind Princess[3] and stole some cargo[4][5] including the Spell holy divineintervention [Menethil Statuette].[6]

Strangely a few Baby Bluegill Murlocs can be found when opening Monstrous Clams in Durotar.

They're also found on The Loch to the east of Thelsamar.

Notes

These murlocs are relatively easy to grind at level 23+. This is recommended especially for Alliance characters, since Menethil Harbor is right next to this and can be used to sell looted items. Bluegill Murlocs drop an average of 1 silver, and others drop from 1.5 silver to almost 4 silver worth each. They also provide decent experience.

Murlocs are usually organized into tribes, hence the name.
