The Ancient Qiraji Artifact can be found inside the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. Perhaps someone in the temple could use the relic.

[60] Secrets of the Qiraji Turn in the artifact to Andorgos

This item does not stack but the player can carry multiples of this item, each occupying one bag space.
The quest awards the player 1000 Reputation points with Brood of Nozdormu.
It is advised to save this quest item until the player is Neutral (2999/3000). At this point, trash mobs will no longer give Reputation points and the only way to earn more reputation is by turning in these artifacts and Qiraji Lord's Insignias and defeating the Twin Emperors and C'Thun.
