Amal'thazad is the death knight frost trainer (although he, as well as all other death knight trainers, teach everything). He is located in Acherus: The Ebon Hold. Amal'thazad is surrounded by a group of Disciples of Frost. Currently, he is the only in-game lich Template:Friendly to players.
A Disciple of Frost silently steps forward. Amal'thazad summons 3 Frigid Bones.
Amal'thazad: You are not overwhelmed yet disciple...let the hungering cold of death halt this onslaught.
Disciple of Frost casts 
[Hungering Cold], freezing the skeletons solid.
Amal'thazad: Frozen solid, ripe for slaughter. Let loose a howling blast and shatter them to pieces, disciple.
Over the course of about a minute, the disciple kills the 3 Frozen Bones through a combination of melee strikes, icy touch, howling blast, and hungering cold.
Amal'thazad: You have more learning ahead of you, disciple, return to your studies.
Amal'thazad: It is time for your challenge, disciple. Use my teachings well.
A Disciple of Frost steps forward and engages a Coldwraith in combat.
Amal'thazad: It's spells would be less threatening if its incantations were slowed by your icy touch.
Amal'thazad: Do not let it consider its next spell so freely, disciple...freeze its mind.
The disciple casts 
[Mind Freeze] and interrupts the Coldwraith's 
[Frostbolt].
The Coldwraith kills the Disciple of Frost and walks back to its position near the wall.
Amal'thazad: Your retention was poor.
Amal'thazad: You are not overwhelmed yet disciple...let the hungering cold of death halt this onslaught.
