Muigin is a level 51 NPC located at Marshal's Refuge in the contested territory of Un'Goro Crater.
Background
Muigin blames Larion, another member of the expedition, for getting them lost. Now he wants to have a little payback. Muigin can be found on the west side of Marshal's Refuge.
Cataclysm
In World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, Muigin, Linken, and Larion are removed from game alongside their respective questlines, if Muigin survived the Stone Guardians' assault at Marshal's Refuge is unknown.
However, the Bloodpetal that he planted survived somehow, and their numbers even increased.

Trivia
- Taking the names of Muigin and his partner on the other side of the Refuge named Larion, remove the "n" at end of each and switch the beginning letters, you get Mario and Luigi. They are even dressed in red and green and carry large hammers.
