Until Patch 1.11, the trinket was increasing spell damage by up to 280 and healing by 560 and every tick reduced the bonus by 35 damage and 70 healing. It then got reduced to 200/400 Damage and Healing, and 20/40 per tick. Finally, it is in Patch 1.12 it got its final stats.
