What the Eck? is a achievement in Heroic mode Gundrak. It is part of the 
[Glory of the Hero] meta-achievement, which in turn rewards the [Reins of the Red Proto-Drake].
To complete this achievement you must defeat Gal'darah, the last boss of Gundrak, in Heroic mode while still under the effects of Eck Residue. Eck Residue is a cosmetic buff obtained when you are hit with the attack Eck Spit by the Heroic-only Gundrak boss Eck the Ferocious. The Eck Residue buff lasts for one hour or until death.
Strategy
Eck Spit is a cone-shaped attack to the front of Eck which damages any players it hits, and also gives them the Eck Residue buff. Eck is normally tanked facing away from the group, but if this achievement is being attempted any players who need the buff should stand near or behind the tank, so as to be hit. Once hit, move away from the tank and DPS from behind as normal.
Once the Eck Residue buff is received, players have one hour to defeat Gal'darah and complete the instance before it wears off. More importantly, since the buff disappears on death players must not die for the rest of the instance.
