This set is far and away the easiest set to put together and also one of the least powerful of the upper level sets. Not to worry, it does it's job and can be a huge help in working to gain the Valor Set (listed below). If you look close you will notice the fact that only six of the seven set items are required to gain the maximum set bonus. Also note that there are no gloves in the set. This works to our advantage while putting together the Valor set.

There are several sets that are obviously intended for, or can only used by, warriors.
The sets are ordered (more or less) in the level order they become available in.

Chain of the Scarlet Crusade

For a warrior this is the set that you are first likely to come across that is of any real use. While it might be possible to put together better gear this set will help see you into level 40 when you will want to start getting Plate armor. Sadly the leggings have a level requirement of 38 meaning you will not likely have the complete set for very long.

For information about the set and what all it can do please read Chain of the Scarlet Crusade.

Imperial Plate

This set is far and away the easiest set to put together and also one of the least powerful of the upper level sets. Not to worry, it does its job and can be a huge help in working to gain the Valor Set (listed below). If you look close you will notice the fact that only six of the seven set items are required to gain the maximum set bonus. Also note that there are no gloves in the set. This works to our advantage while putting together the Valor set.

Since there are no gloves in this set one can work to gain the "Gloves of Valor" and still keep the benifits of wearing Imperial Plate. The next thing to note is that the "Bracers of Valor" are Bind on Equip and can often be found in the Auction House. We need three items to gain a set bonus from the Valor set so when we put on our next item we lose one bonus from the Imperial set and gain the first from the Valor set.

For imformation about the set and what all it can do please read Imperial Plate.

Battlegear of Valor

For imformation about the set and what all it can do please read Battlegear of Valor.

Other Sets

Battlegear of Wrath
Battlegear of Might
Field Marshal's Battlegear
Champion's Battlegear
Lieutenant Commander's Battlegear
Deathbone Guardian

 • One of the cooler-looking armor sets, though the stats aren't that exciting unless you're going for a very high-Defense warrior build.
 • Drops off various mobs in Scholomance

Lightforge Armor

 • This is really a paladin set, but a Horde warrior might end up with it.
