Objectives

Speak with Tooga to summon and kill Nemesis. Use the Totem of Tortolla to protect you from Nemesis' Molten Fury.

Description

Now we can face that flaming turtle himself: Nemesis. Well, it's not really Nemesis, it's a little piece of his spirit which still remains in the Firelands, but that's not important. We can still kill it, right?

I want you to go to the ledge within Ashen Lake, and meet with my friend, Tooga. Let him know when you are prepared to fight the shelled meanie.

Take this totem with you. When Nemesis begins to erupt, place this totem on the ground! Hee hee!

Five Children of Tortolla attack the portal, summoning the echo of Nemesis.

Nemesis is a level 85 elite with 232470 health. He has the following abilities:

Basic melee — ~5000 Physical on cloth.
Molten Fury 40 yd range — Nemesis EXPLODES with the volcanic fury of a hundred suns, damaging all enemies in a 40-yard radius.

Molten Fury is telegraphed with the following boss emote:

Nemesis is about to erupt!

Use the totem to go immune to Nemesis' Molten Fury, as it will likely one-shot players otherwise.

Return to Mylune once he is dead.

Should players defeat Nemesis without taking any damage from Molten Fury, they will complete the Nemesis step of [Infernal Ambassadors].
