The Underbelly is the name of the Dalaran sewer system which has its own separate map.
The Dalaran Arena, one of the two Wrath of the Lich King arenas will be set here. The other is the Ring of Valor in Orgrimmar.

Notes
- The tunnel out that can be accessed to the right of Underbelly bank does actually exit the underside of Dalaran. You can fall to the ground in Crystalsong Forest (well timed use of
[Levitate], [Parachute Cloak], [Skyguard's Drape], [Skywitch's Drape], etc. can save you from falling damage and death).
