A Frost Wyrm

In ancient times, dragons would fly to the icy continent of Northrend to die. When the Lich King began his takeover of the continent, he found the ancient dragon graveyards, called the Dragonblight, and rose their skeletons as undead servants of the Scourge under the name of Frost Wyrms. They were used extensively in the Scourge's invasion of Azeroth.
