Tier 10 is the armor set associated with Icecrown Citadel, which was released in patch 3.3.0.
Details
Each set consists of five pieces. Separate 'Normal' and 'Heroic' versions of the tier 10.5 gear set exist, sometimes referred to by players as "Tier 10.264" and "Tier 10.277" respectively. No matter which level of tier 10 is worn, all pieces count towards the same set bonuses, much like in earlier tiers of gear.
Tier 10 set pieces are purchasable using Emblems of Frost from class vendors at Light's Hammer inside Icecrown Citadel. Tier 10.5 Normal set pieces, sometimes called "Tier 10.264", are available by using a token from the 25-man version of Icecrown Citadel, called Mark of Sanctification, the equivalent of Regalia of the Grand from TotGC 25.[1] Heroic versions of Mark of Sanctifications unlocks Tier 9.5 Heroic version, sometimes called "Tier 10.277".

As with all loot tokens, they are three types:

Sets
Like earlier tier gear, each class has its own set of tier 10, and classes with multiple roles (such as those of a: caster, healer, melee, ranged or tank) have a set for each role.
