Captain Thalo'thas Brightsun is a level 25 quest giver located in Ratchet in the Horde territory of the Barrens. He has the blue eyes characteristic of a high elf.
Thalo'thas ask favors from the Horde, expressing an open hostility to the Alliance forces in Northwatch Hold, that have attacked his ships. He is neutral to all other Alliance forces. He may be aligned with Steamwheedle Cartel in Ratchet.
He starts the quest
