Professor Thaddeus Paleo is a level 35 exotic goods vendor located in the Darkmoon Faire camp, which is only available during the monthly Darkmoon Faire event.
He will collect full decks of Darkmoon Cards from players, and also sells scrolls and healing and mana potion potions of various levels.
He is particularly popular because at rare times of the day, he will sell "rare" quality gems ([Nightseye], [Star of Elune], [Living Ruby], etc.) for only 12 gold.
