Revision as of 18:59, 29 July 2008
Creates a zone map to which notes can be attached.
Important Fields
- zone
- The zone map to display, from the list below. Also includes non-zones like Outland, Azeroth, Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms, and the Universe.
- notes
- A list of the notes which should appear on the zone map (use the {{Zone Map Note}} template to create notes). You can include as many notes as you like on each map.
Optional
- size
- Width of the map, in pixels. Can be any size up to 1002 (default 501).
Example
{{Zone Map|zone=Elwynn Forest|notes= {{Zone Map Note|25.8|89.6|Skull|Hogger}} {{Zone Map Note|39.4|60.5|Star|Graveyard}} {{Zone Map Note|24.4|78|Cross|Raid meets here}} }}
Zone Names
The follow zone names are supported. Zone names starting with "The " can omit it, if desired (e.g. "Exodar" vs. "The Exodar"). Similarly, suffixes like "Forest", "Woods", "City", and "Mountains" are optional, as players frequently drop them (e.g. "Blade's Edge", "Silverpine"). No other abbreviations are allowed.
