Unleash Frost is a the effect of using [Unleash Elements] while [Frostbrand Weapon] is active.

Unleash Frost unleashes the power of the shaman's [Frostbrand Weapon], dealing instant Frost damage to an enemy target and reducing their movement speed.

Using this ability does not consume the [Frostbrand Weapon] buff.
