Tapoke "Slim" Jahn is a level 34 quest giver located in Deepwater Tavern in Menethil Harbor, in the Alliance-aligned zone of Wetlands.
He starts the quest 
[33] The Missing Diplomat.
- Note that he must be fought for a quest, and the quest is receivable at a much lower level than 34, so if you walk out of the Deepwater and suddenly get invited to a group, just join, wait a few seconds, kill Slim, and say you're welcome.
