Frankly, I'm not happy with the change from {{loot|common|Mote of Life}} to {{loot|common|Mote of Water}}. This really makes it a lot harder to get {{loot|common|Mote of Life}}, as you pretty much have to be an Herbalist now. You can still fish [[Pure Water]] to get {{loot|common|Mote of Water}}, so why make it easier to get that and harder to get {{loot|common|Mote of Life}}?--<span style="color:green">Kallixenia</span> 16:24, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

Perhaps because engineers don't need Primal Life, although I do believe they need primal water. An engineer/miner can potentially farm any mote he may need (or to sell them), and they only use primal life for two recipes, the mote extractor itself and an [[Nigh Invulnerability Belt|engineer-only belt]] while the primal water is used to make frost grenades. Additionally, primal water is used for primal might, and although engineers don't use primal mights, it can potentially increase their profitability from mote farming if they have an alchemist or buy a transmute. Frankly, I'm not happy with the change from [Mote of Life] to [Mote of Water]. This really makes it a lot harder to get [Mote of Life], as you pretty much have to be an Herbalist now. You can still fish Pure Water to get [Mote of Water], so why make it easier to get that and harder to get [Mote of Life]?--Kallixenia 16:24, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
