Overview
Silence is a temporary debuff that can be acquired from the Shadow talent tree.
Functionality
Silence the target, preventing them from casting spells for 5 seconds.
In PvP against casters, this can simply disable them for 5 secs.
In PvE, it IS NOT worthless. In fact, there are many caster-type mobs and they can be annoying since they can't be pulled like normal mobs. Pulling with silence will cause them to come to you to engage in melee. OR, it can stop a mob's healing which is sometimes very useful.
