Class Related
This is a warrior weapon, useful from levels 20 to the mid 30's as a decent DPS offhand with a built in disarm. The current Proc rate is unknown.
This item is less desireable for hunters or shamans, as there are no stat bonuses to increase the hunter's ranged attack power, and shamans are unable to dual weild until level 40.
