Shek'zeer Swarmborn are the newly hatched of the mantid empire, found at the Clutches of Shek'zeer in the Dread Wastes, being tended to by the Shek'zeer Clutch-Keepers. Normally, they would begin devouring each other when born until only the strongest remained, but these ones are imbued with fear from the sha energy they've been saturated in.[1] Instead, their births are rushed so that they can swarm the Serpent's Spine as soon as possible,[2] and they are driven by terror, rather than instinct.[1] The Klaxxi see this as an abomination.[2]
