Nathrezim is a Mountain Time PvP (Player versus Player) server that has been available from day one. The server has an extensive history of poor hardware performance, though issues have dramatically decreased with the hardware upgrades implemented in preparation for the Burning Crusade expansion. Nathrezim lags behind other "day one servers" as far as guild progression is concerned, partly due to the excessively unstable state of guilds on the server, historically partly due to hardware performance issues, and partly due to a decreasing pool of endgame players. Depending on your location in the realm, it is not at all uncommon to find a number of farmers and/or botters on the server. Economically, the prices on items in the auction house tend to be lower than most of the servers that have been around as long, but have been known to occasionally skyrocket out of control and remain in that state for vast periods of time. In addition to all of this, it is said that the player-base of Nathrezim is unmatched in personality, and drama is both frequent and unrestricted (..until a thread or 12 get locked/deleted, a couple of people are banned, and a blue post ends up on the realm forums).
