Seersa Copperpinch
Seersa Copperpinch is a level 30 speciality vendor located on the Lower Rise in the tauren city of Thunder Bluff. She is only available during the Feast of Great-Winter event. She is affiliated with Smokywood Pastures, and sells all sorts of holiday related items.
