Warcraft 3

In WC3 before Arthas sacks Stratholme, Ras Frostwhisper (a level 10 lich) can be observed attacking Hearthglen during the human campaign. That would mean that Ras killed himself well before Arthas sacked Stratholme. Any ideas?

Ras Frostwhisper is just one of the random lich names. After 1.8 the trivial heroes appearing in missions were replaced with just randoms. However before that, Ras was not one of the attacking liches. - Parqual Fintalas

Phylactery

In the quest Quest:Menethil's Gift (2), isn't it possible the Keepsake of Remembrance is his phylactery? IIRC a phylactery is an integral part of being a lich, being a lich without one is seemingly pointless, and what is our evidence that he doesn't have one?Aphetoros (talk) 05:50, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
