::::Zandalar signets have been removed from this list twice, and I've reverted them twice. I won't revert them again. If you guys honestly believe that they should be excluded simply because they have an item level requirement, then so be it. But I think that they should be on there since they have the lowest required level of all the enchants that actually work on the shoulders, and are darned effective, too. Also, if they are to be left off because they have a required level, a strong argument can be made that no scopes should be listed either. These are the things people come here to see, so I think they should just go all on. If anything, list every enchant and remove the for space's sake thing. I was just being lazy that day. - Crystien

:::::I have spent lots of time testing shoulder enchants, and have found that all enchants able to be put on shoulders have level requirements (to take effect). From what I can see, argent dawn has some "worthless" ones that give resists at level ~50, and Zandalar gives spell power or attack power at 55. The Inscription ones cannot be used till 65 and the PVP ones cant be used till 70. I found that none of the Aldor/Scryer/Hodir enchants seem to be able to be applied. I also found that zandalar does work, as mine are less than a week old, and no patches have come out recently. The Preened Ironfeather Breastplate oddly suggests it is only usable by Druids, while the non-spell leather chest lists 5 other classes as recieving some benefit from it, although in varying degrees. Shouldn't Preened Ironfeather Breastplate have (Shaman)and possibly even [Paladin] listed on it as well? Both classes benefit from Spirit and Spell Power (depending on spec) and I see no reason why this wouldn't be of some use to them, particularly Shaman.
  +
  +
I am also confused by the level ranges placed on some of the weapons. Why can Warriors only use a 1H between lvl (20-59), and the same with 2H for Shaman having the (1-40). Also, why are Shaman not even listed for possible users of Daggers and Staves? There may be something I am missing there, but found it curious.
