The Sentinel's Medallion is PvP reward necklace for the Alliance from the Silverwing Sentinels. It can be purchased for the correct amount of honor points depending on the level. There are 5 versions of this necklace which correspond to the 5 level brackets in Warsong Gulch.

This item is a PvP reward, and can be purchased for 1 from Illiyana Moonblaze <Silverwing Supply Officer> in Ashenvale Forest.

Patch changes

Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): No longer requires Warsong Gulch Marks of Honor to purchase.
Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Reputation requirement removed.
Patch 1.8.0 (2005-10-10): Added.
