Changes: Rocket Propelled Warhead

This rocket can be mounted.

The Rocket Propelled Warheads can be found at the end of the dock near the lighthouse at Venture Bay in the Grizzly Hills.

Lumber boat destroyed for the quests:

To get the quest in order to pilot the rocket your faction must control the area.
To mount the rocket you will need to obtain an [Element 115].
The warhead will explode upon impact, be it an iceberg or the lumber boat.
