Brivelthwerp is a level 40 ice cream vendor and quest giver attached with the Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge in the contested territory of Thousand Needles. He relocated to a riverboat (a coolant tug, apparently) above the Sunken Dig Site, formerly known as the Rustmaul Digsite. He now wears a chef's hat.
