Region has a few definitions in warcraft terminology.
- 1. In the MMO, regions are a subcategory within the lands (lands being continents of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms). Regions are continents, which are comprised of a varying amount of zones (zones are like countries or states).Template:Cite
