Redemption is the highest +to healing staff available to to non-raiding healers. It is comparable to 
[Guiding Stave of Wisdom] and 
[Staff of Metanoia]. All three can serve a priest well although the lack of stats on Redemption Staff are a fairly negative point for most players.
